In my album "Walk Thru Cedarburg" I had mentioned that this is an incredibly charming town in Wisconsin State. The old stone houses, churches, shops and restaurants together with the Victorian style buildings which have been carefully restored add to the charm of this cute little town. No wonder Forbes Magazine had named this town as "One of the prettiest small towns of America". There are many festivals held in Cedarburg. To name a few:
The Winter festival which is the first to kick off in a year is held in the first week end of February. This is followed by the Cedarburg Winery Open House in the 3rd week of March. The Strawberry festival comes in during the 4th week end of June. The Oktoberfest in October and the Wine & Harvest festival in the 3rd weekend of September. Events include arts & crafts shows, hay rides, grapes stomping contest, grilled foods, endless food stalls, music, dance and of course the live bands to entertain the visitors to this festival. There was plenty of fun & frolic with people having a good time, eating, singing, dancing, shopping and catching up with friends under a deep blue sky with white fluffy clouds and a lovely autumn weather.
So WELCOME to the Cedarburg Wine & Harvest Festival and go for the menu.
Enjoy the pictures.
