We took a boat ride into Lake Michigan to catch a glimpse of the Sunrise and to enjoy the scenic beauty. Jim – the boat owner was a friendly and a chatty guy who took us about 4 miles out into the lake. The lake is full of a variety of fish and is an angler’s delight. The State law permits 4 fishing line per passenger per boat. Since we were 4 of us - 12 lines were cast. Two fish were hooked one 2 lbs and the other 8 lbs. Photograph depicts the 8 lbs one. The weather was bright and sunny with a mild chill wind blowing. The lake had a mild (about 6 – 9 inches) wave that day and hence the boat was rocking from side to side all the time. It was a quite a job to remain steady and take the shots. But was all fun.
